Refund Policy
We want you to be very happy with your Truman product and are always available to fix any problems you may be having. If we can't find a solution to your problem we offer a no-quibble policy regarding refunds.
The only stipulation is you must tell us within 14 days of receiving your items that you want a refund and you must return the items to us (undamaged) within 14 days of informing us.
Please note, we will not make refunds for any unit that has been opened/modified, or has alternate firmware installed.

Shipping Policy
We process orders every day and use Evri as our courier service within the UK.
All orders receive an email with a tracking number the moment it enters the mailing system.
Typically, UK orders are delivered in 2-3 days, whilst international orders are delivered in 5-10 days (depending on destination).
